Minister of State, Personal Advisor to the Head of State and Minister of Industry and SMEs of the Republic of Guinea
Tibou Kamara is a Guinean politician and journalist. He is currently Minister of State, Personal Advisor to the President of the Republic and Minister of Industry and SMEs. He began his career as a journalist, and was the managing editor of the weekly newspaper L’Observateur as of 2003. From June 19, 2008 he was the Minister of Communication and New Information Technologies. Previously, he was chairman of the National Council of Communication. He has in a short time played a major role in the world of the press, climbed administrative levels and held strategic positions at the top of the State.
