Deputy-mayor of Marseille
Laure-Agnès Caradec holds a diploma in Urban planning, Construction and Land Management and a diploma in real estate economy. She first worked within consultancy firms and architecture firms, then as territorial engineer.
Since 2014, she has been Deputy-mayor of Marseille in charge of urban planning and also vice-president of the Urban Community of Marseille Provence Métropole in charge of the Local Urbanism Plan .
In June 2014, she was appointed President of the Agence d’urbanisme de l’Agglomération Marseillaise (agAM), then vice-president and member of the office of the Fédération Nationale des Agences d’Urbanisme (FNAU) in september of the same year. In March 2015, she was appointed Counselor of the department Bouches-du-Rhône and was elected President of the public development organization Euroméditerranée in november 2015. She was re-elected in november 2019.
